For strength and structural integrity, they’re exclusively crafted with our proprietary composite wood, composed of 90% wood, phenolic resins, zinc borate and other ingredients, making them moisture, rot and termite resistant. No pre-fabricated, stamped, molded or vacuum-formed materials are used.
An exclusive four-part finishing process ensures the color you select holds its richness. Our proprietary oven-curing treatment delivers extreme durability, permanently bonding your color selection to the shutter. We can also match any color with a 100% color-match guarantee.
Classic Collection shutters offer a 10-year structural-component warranty against cracking, splitting or rotting. A 10-year factory paint-finish warranty is provided against peeling or flaking.
